1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and rm99a ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the rm99a website along with all services, games and features available on it.

By accessing, registering or using any part of the rm99a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm99a platform.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the rm99a platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

rm99a supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency payments.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rm99a offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM200 will be credited and your balance becomes RM300. The amount required to be wagered is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 before withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• rm99a reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Any abuse of the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account termination.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period, after bets and withdrawals.

5.3 VIP Programme

rm99a runs a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5%. Progression in the VIP programme depends on the level of user activity and loyalty, and is determined at the sole discretion of rm99a management.

6. Game Rules

All games on the rm99a platform, including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, mix parlay and esports, are subject to their respective specific rules as stated in the relevant game help section.

In any dispute regarding game results, the rm99a server logs will be treated as the definitive record. rm99a uses certified and registered random number generators (RNG) for slot and table games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

rm99a users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automated method to interact with the platform.

• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.

• Payment processing delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.

The maximum liability of rm99a to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting rm99a customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the user after a final review is completed.

10.2 By rm99a

rm99a reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any term in this document.
• rm99a suspects the user is involved in fraud or illegal activity.
• The user fails to provide requested verification documents within the specified time frame.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.

11. Responsible Gambling
